Time honoured flavours which represent the finest traditions in Trentino cuisine, offering a menu with traditional Italian dishes alongside gastronomic delicacies from the Alto Adige. Recipes which are at times rich and painstakingly prepared, but also often unpretentious and simple, as popular tradition would have them.
Our menu includes traditional 'strangolapreti alla trentina' gnocchi, Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and delicious handmade farm style spaghetti 'al torchio'. Not to mention our main courses, such as traditionally local Carne Salà salt beef served either cooked or as a carpaccio with Trento grana cheese and wild rocket or, if you prefer, grilled lamb chops and even venison chops 'all'Enanzio'.
Your choice of dessert includes traditional home made apple strudel and a delicious parfait, made by our chef.
